Accept your quoted price and receive that amount by bank transfer on collection. Here is how payment works with On & Gone.

Your quote, clearly explained

Enter your registration and answer the short questions about the car. The price can update as you answer. Once you accept the quoted price, we stick to that amount.

If the vehicle needs an individual quote because of major missing parts or difficult collection, we will send a price for you to accept first. A request for an individual quote is not an accepted price.

When will I be paid?

Payment will be made by bank transfer on collection. We agree the collection time directly with you after receiving your contact details and postcode.

Can you pay cash?

We do not pay cash. GOV.UK explains that cash payment for a vehicle being scrapped in England or Wales is prohibited. Our payment method is bank transfer.

What should I keep?

Keep your accepted quote, collection confirmation and bank payment record together. If you have a question about a request, contact us with the registration and collection postcode so we can locate it.
