Request or confirm your scrap car collection
Start your scrap car enquiry through the On and Gone website. We review requests for Rotherham, S63 and surrounding areas and contact you to confirm collection arrangements.
For a new collection request
Use the registration form on the homepage. After viewing your indicative offer and answering the condition questions, add your contact details and collection postcode, then submit the request.
Already sent your request?
A thank-you message confirms submission, not a booked time. We still need to review the vehicle information and agree the collection and payment arrangements with you. Check your email inbox and junk folder for a reply.
Need help with an existing request?
If you have not yet received a reply, email Paddylee92@outlook.com with your registration and collection postcode. Please do not email passport or driving-licence photographs.
Need to change something?
Reply to our collection email with the registration and the change you need to make. Tell us promptly if the location, access or vehicle condition has changed, or if you no longer want to proceed.
No pictures or documents to upload
The website does not ask for document photos. Identification and any available vehicle paperwork are checked in person; we discuss what to have ready before collection.
