Frequently asked questions

Does a 50-mile radius mean every vehicle can be collected?

No. A geographical radius is not a road mileage quote or an acceptance guarantee. Long journeys, low-value vehicles and specialist loading can make a collection unsuitable.

Can I use a town page without returning to the homepage?

Can you collect a car that cannot legally be driven?

A non-running, MOT-failed or unsafe car can be submitted for assessment. Do not drive it; tell us what equipment and access may be needed for a safe collection.
