ONAGONE Market seller and product standards
These standards describe the criteria used when considering products and prospective sellers for ONAGONE Market. Formal seller terms will be issued before approval.
Accuracy and authenticity
Sellers must accurately state a product's brand, condition, origin, materials, dimensions, specifications, production process and any personalisation options. Descriptions of items as handmade, vintage, original, bespoke or personalised must be truthful. Sellers must have the necessary rights to use uploaded photographs, trademarks and other content.
Product safety and compliance
Only lawful goods that meet applicable safety, labelling and product-information requirements may be offered. Some products require conformity documentation, warnings, age restrictions or UK-specific standards. We may request supporting evidence and decline categories we cannot safely support.
Prohibited or restricted goods
Prohibited listings include counterfeit or stolen goods, illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, hazardous products that cannot be safely supplied, products infringing intellectual property and listings that mislead buyers. Additional restrictions may apply to medicines, supplements, cosmetics, batteries, children's products, food, nicotine, alcohol and other regulated categories. ONAGONE may refuse or remove any listing.
Photography and catalogue quality
Use genuine, clear photographs with correct product attribution and permission. Avoid watermarked images you do not own, fabricated reviews, deceptive before-and-after photos and misleading stock claims. List correct variations and shipping locations.
Stock, packaging and delivery
Listings must state availability accurately. Sellers should package items securely, provide truthful dispatch expectations and respond promptly if a delivery issue occurs. Sellers must inform ONAGONE if products are recalled, delayed or withdrawn.
Returns and customer rights
Buyers retain applicable UK consumer rights. The legal status of each seller and which business contracts with the buyer must be made clear. Sellers must cooperate with complaints, returns, product faults and lawful cancellation requests. Clearly personalised goods may have different change-of-mind cancellation rules but remain subject to rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Account and information checks
As part of onboarding, we may require business details, trading address, identity verification through a secure process and product compliance information. Do not email identity documents or financial credentials through the public application form.
Enforcement
ONAGONE can reject applications, request listing edits or suspend seller access if safety, accuracy, service or legal standards are not met. This information is not a substitute for a final seller agreement.
