Who can apply to sell?

Independent makers, sole traders, small businesses and established brands can enquire about selling. We prioritise trustworthy sellers with clearly described, lawful products and dependable order fulfilment.

Can I create a seller account immediately?

Not yet. We're collecting and reviewing seller applications. A separate seller dashboard for product uploads, stock, orders and earnings is being prepared. Applying does not create an approved seller account.

What can I sell?

Our focus includes gifts, jewellery, homeware, art and prints, fashion accessories, lifestyle products, pet gifts and selected practical products. Other categories may be considered. Products must meet the seller standards.

Do products have to be handmade?

No. ONAGONE Market features a mixture of handmade, customised and manufactured goods. Sellers must accurately describe how each product was made and must not describe factory-made goods as handmade unless the description is true and supported.

Who sets the price?

Seller pricing and the applicable commission structure will be agreed during onboarding. The seller is responsible for supplying accurate product and shipping information. ONAGONE may reject listings that don't meet marketplace standards.

How much does it cost to sell?

Our marketplace commissions and any optional charges are not finalised. We will provide written terms before an applicant is approved, and will not treat an enquiry as consent to pay a fee. See fees and payouts.

When do I receive payment?

Seller payment methods, settlement timing, reserve/refund arrangements and commission deductions will be set out in a written seller agreement before trading. There are currently no live marketplace seller payouts.

Who sends orders?

The order fulfilment arrangement depends on the seller agreement. Approved sellers will be expected to follow accurate dispatch estimates, supply tracking where available and comply with their returns and consumer-law responsibilities.

Can I connect my own Shopify store?

We already use Shopify Collective with some suppliers. For independent marketplace sellers, a separate seller account system is being prepared. If you already use Shopify, include your store link in your enquiry.

What happens after I apply?

ONAGONE will review your enquiry and may request product details or clarify fulfilment requirements. Approval is not automatic. Once the system and agreement are ready, successful applicants can be invited to complete onboarding.
