If your vehicle cannot be driven safely or will not start, Onagone can assess a request to transport it to a garage or workshop for diagnosis or repair. This can apply to roadside breakdowns as well as vehicles already parked at home.
Before requesting collection
Check that the garage is expecting the vehicle and can receive it at the proposed time. Provide the garage address accurately and include any useful access or opening information with the request.
Tell us the vehicle condition
State whether the vehicle starts, selects neutral, rolls, steers and brakes. Also tell us about accident damage, flat tyres, seized wheels, missing keys or an electronic parking brake that will not release. Accurate information helps the loading requirements to be assessed before confirmation.

Planned workshop movements
