Veggie Athletes Marathon Canvas

Vegetables doing what athletes do, convincingly: the marathon premise is illustrated with enough commitment to make each carrot or courgette feel genuinely invested in the outcome. The illustrative style gives each competitor the personality the conceit demands, the whole field occupying the composition with energy and a deadpan sense of seriousness. A piece that earns its laughs through conviction.

Kitchen artwork for homes where the cooking space is expected to be a source of good humour as well as good meals. Works in a kitchen where an energetic, character-led canvas about vegetable athletes earns its place on the wall, and in a dining room where a piece with this much personality and wit sets the mood well before anyone has sat down. An unforgettable piece.
