Seafood Elegance Canvas

A seafood arrangement in realist style, the lobster the centrepiece, oysters and prawns set around it on ice, the cool blues and silvers of the scene given warmth by the vivid reds and oranges of the shells. The realist approach takes each element seriously: the glaze on the shells, the clean lines of the arrangement, the cold precision of the whole composition.

Kitchen wall decor for homes where seafood is a pleasure as well as a meal and the kitchen is expected to reflect it. Works in a dining room where a rich, detailed canvas about the ocean's best suits the available wall, and in any space where the elegance of a well-chosen seafood still life adds exactly the right kind of distinction. A carefully made piece.
