Fit & Back-Access Guide

📐 Dimensions at a glance

• Coverage from chin: 25 cm
• Width: 45cm

• Neckline: adjustable from 35 cm upward — suits a wide range of neck sizes

🔓 Back opening — no over-the-head fitting

• Fastens at the back of the neck, so it goes on from the front — no need to pull anything over the head
• Ideal for wheelchair users, those with limited arm or head movement, and anyone who finds overhead aprons uncomfortable or difficult
• A carer can fasten and unfasten in seconds from behind, keeping the wearer seated and comfortable

👤 Who it suits

• Youths with additional needs, including those with limited mobility, sensory sensitivities, or physical disabilities
• Suitable for both self-dressing with support and full carer-assisted dressing

↔️ Adjusting coverage

• To increase coverage across the chest, ensure the neckline fastening is fully extended to its largest setting — this drops the protector lower on the torso
• For a higher, closer fit, tighten the neckline to bring the protector up toward the chin
• The width provides good lateral coverage across the chest and lap area
