Minimalist Pisco Sour Canvas

The Pisco Sour has an unusual visual signature: a wide, squat glass with a clear base, the white egg-white froth sitting on top, and the red bitters dots marking the surface like punctuation. This canvas takes those qualities into minimalism, simplifying the form to clean planes and a pastel green background that keeps the whole composition fresh. The result is immediately recognisable and pleasingly spare.

Kitchen wall decor for rooms where the bar and the design sensibility overlap. Works in a kitchen with a pale, pastel palette where a clean, contemporary canvas adds interest without drama, and as dining room wall art in any space where the cocktail conversation regularly turns to South American drinks. A piece for the genuinely curious.
