Hatch

A playful take on classic checked wallpaper, this design uses softly irregular hand-drawn lines to create a relaxed grid pattern with plenty of character. The intersecting lines form an easy-going geometric repeat that feels contemporary while retaining the charm of something sketched by hand. Its simple structure makes it particularly versatile for children’s bedrooms, nurseries and playrooms, working equally well alongside bold furnishings or more pared-back interiors. The imperfect linework keeps the pattern from feeling too formal or rigid, offering an understated way to add pattern and personality to the walls while remaining easy to style as the room evolves.
