Ethereal Wine Canvas

Wine glasses are formal objects with a geometry that suits the surrealist imagination: the stem, the bowl, the way the curve holds both the drink and the light. This canvas takes that geometry into a watercolour dreamscape, the glasses freed from any table or context and given their own movement and life against fluid washes of colour. The effect is genuinely contemplative, and the technique suits the subject precisely: watercolour carrying the translucence of glass, the medium and the subject doing exactly the same work.

Dining room wall art for entertaining spaces and homes with a genuine love of wine. Works wherever a quiet, contemplative piece earns its place, from a kitchen to a sitting room. Suits pale interiors, natural materials, and anyone whose relationship with wine goes far enough to want it on the wall in its most interesting form.
