The lighter weight tiles in 11mm and 15mm compared to our denser options in 43mm to 63mm, are designed to resist impact, reduce noise levels and enhance your workout whether it's a moderate cardio routine or Olympic weight training.
PRO 30mm is for medium to higher levels of impact intensity. The heavy-duty, robust system constructed from 100% SBR rubber provides that extra layer of protection against body injury or heavy weights damage.

Is 30mm or 20mm gym flooring better?
20mm suits most home gyms with dumbbells, a rack and cardio kit. Choose 30mm where loaded barbells are regularly dropped or where the gym sits above another room, as the extra depth absorbs more impact and noise.
What is the difference between the standard and anti-shock 30mm tile?
Both are 1m x 1m, 30mm rubber tiles. The anti-shock version (£67.45) has a shock-absorbing base for heavier drops and better noise reduction, while the standard tile (£47.49) is the better-value choice for general heavy training.
What warranty comes with the 30mm PRO tile?
