Auction, Garage & Dealer Vehicle Transport
Auction, Garage & Dealer Vehicle Transport
Onagone accepts planned vehicle-transport requests for cars being collected from auctions, garages, dealerships, storage locations and private addresses. These are planned movements rather than live roadside breakdowns.
Buying a vehicle away from home
If you have bought a vehicle from an auction, dealer or private seller, provide the collection address, destination and vehicle details. Tell us whether the vehicle runs, drives, steers and brakes normally and whether the collection location has any booking or release requirements.
Garage and workshop collections
A vehicle may need moving to or from a garage because it is awaiting repair, has failed mechanically or is being transferred elsewhere. Make sure the garage knows a collection is being arranged and provide any opening times or access instructions relevant to the job.
Dealer and trade movements
Garages and motor traders can also use our fleet and trade vehicle recovery page for business enquiries. Individual planned jobs can be submitted through the normal transport request.
Before requesting transport
- Confirm the vehicle has been released for collection.
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery locations.
- Tell us whether keys are available.
- State whether the vehicle rolls, steers and brakes.
- Include relevant collection-reference or access information.
For a vehicle that does not run, see non-runner vehicle transport. For longer journeys, see long-distance vehicle transport.
