What Happens After You Request Vehicle Recovery Online?

An online recovery request should make the important details clear before a vehicle is dispatched. With Onagone, submitting the form starts an availability review; it does not automatically mean the job has been accepted.

1. You provide the route and vehicle details

For a live breakdown this can include your pickup location, destination, registration, vehicle details and the problem. Planned transport requests can also include the preferred date and vehicle condition.

2. The request is reviewed

Onagone checks the journey and availability. This protects both sides from treating an unsuitable or unavailable job as confirmed.

3. Accepted jobs move to confirmation

If the job is accepted, payment instructions and an ETA or collection arrangement can then be provided. No payment is taken at the initial request stage.
