Breakdown Recovery vs Vehicle Transport

Both services move vehicles, but the reason and timing are different.

Breakdown recovery

Choose breakdown recovery when a vehicle has unexpectedly failed and needs to be moved from its current location. Onagone's current breakdown pricing is £100 call-out plus £2.50 per road mile, subject to availability and vehicle suitability.

Planned vehicle transport

Choose planned transport when the movement can be arranged in advance—for example a vehicle bought from a seller, a non-runner going to a garage, or a vehicle moving between storage locations. Current planned/local transport pricing is £30 plus £3.00 per road mile.

What about non-runners?

Tell us whether the vehicle rolls and steers and whether there are loading or access problems. The condition can affect whether the job can be safely accepted.

Onagone lets you enter your pickup location and destination online. The route and vehicle details are reviewed before the job is confirmed or payment requested.
